Hey Everyone!

We are Saluda Grade Farm, which is a market garden that utilizes many techniques to grow produce including hydroponics, sustainable/organic field production, and winter growing. We like to say we specialize in salad greens and head lettuce, but we grow much, much more! Tomatoes and other summer veggies, root veggies, and various greens such as bok choy, baby greens, and celery are some of our favorites!

Hillside Farm serves it's community well, and has a great relationship with the local food bank. They also sell to restaurants in their small town in Western North Carolina.
