I created this channel when the pandemic hit because I needed some encouragement since I was working in the Covid ICU at the time and I was extremely discouraged! Health and fitness has been my passion my entire life, so I thought this was the perfect time to share everything I know about health, fitness, nutrition, and how I strive to lead a balanced lifestyle.
And I'm so glad I started this channel thanks to you guys!🤗
In addition, I'm passionate about sharing my infertility story and current IVF journey. Balancing living healthy with going through IVF is not easy, so I want to share it in hopes of supporting other women.
