My name is Phoebe but you can call me Phee. I am a full time mommy of 3 and a business owner of Microblading By Phee. I started my loc journey 1/7/21 and it was one of the best decisions that I choose to make. Unfortunately I decided to take my locs out after having them for 7-8 months. I really loved my locs which is why I decided to do them again.This time I am starting with comb coils on1/15/22.
