After my recent experiments with tuning down to the ‘healing frequency’ of A=432hz I forgot to recalibrate my tuner to 440 and ended up retuning all the instruments at the music academy where I was teaching down to 432hz. Everyone was very relaxed!!!

Hello All,
The good news is I have found a space to record while the construction is going on so there should be a new video by Wednesday- apologies for missing a week.
I am getting closer to a situation where I can concentrate fully on this kind of work which will really increase the quality of the pieces I make (plus allow me to spend more time meditating and hanging out with my beautiful kids! )If you are able to share my videos on facebook or where ever you think they may be well received , that really helps me and my channel to grow.
Also please check out my other videos! I know how easy it is to just listen to the same one-over and over (although please do that too!)

Construction happening outside my house has held up my recording schedule this week sorry- I'll be setting the alarm clock super early Friday morning and fingers crossed my new piece will be up by Friday night. Until then please check out some of my other videos or revisit some old ones.

Sounds confusing but really it is just standard tuning with a dropped D but the whole guitar down a tone (and of course it is a 7 string so the low A becomes low G!

I have a new piece dropping in a couple of hours which will blow away the dark clouds from the last piece and is as promised 'uplifting'.
I am really pleased with it as I played it straight through first time about 6.30 this morning without having to restart.
Not saying it's perfect but it is exactly as it came out.
The tuning is the same but I raised the lower two strings a tone Adgcfad.
It's called 'bright morning' - look out for it!

As you know I make my recordings with one mid range mic and the k and k pick up in my guitar, I then add a little (or a lot ) of reverb in Logic. I recently ran into somebody with some very expensive mics, pre amps, spring reverbs and many years experience who would like to help me make some really high quality recordings. I am planning to make an album of pieces in the same vein as my recent ambient tunes, but slightly shorter and composed.
This won't be on Spotify or youtube and I am wondering what formats people would ultimately be interested in purchasing (if any!)

It has been wonderful to receive so much love and appreciation for my meditative and ambient pieces, particularly to hear how my music has helped people struggling with anxiety, addiction and depression. For me it has been a moment of synchronicity, where doing what feels natural and real for me is meeting a need in people- I am humbly touched.
