My main goal as a channel is to archive music in the highest quality possible on youtube. Yes, youtube streams at 128 kbps unless you have youtube pro and it ups it a bit for youtube music I think, but the better the source file the better that 128 kbps is going to sound.
I try to keep original descriptions, dates, arts etc and sometimes it's impossible and or needed to guess at the info. Otherwise, enjoy my channel!
