She is a certified Kundalini Dance facilitator, Yoga Trance Dance instructor, Bellyfit instructor, and 200hr Yoga Instructor. She is a resident DJ for Dance Temple Edmonton.
She is a practitioner of the 5 Rhythms, Trance Dance, Authentic Movement, Movement Medicine, and other conscious dance modalities.
She is the creator of the Dance as Medicine Facilitator Training which she has been offering since 2012.
