There is a massive new Bloodborne inspired overhaul mod out for Elden Ring called Graceborne by CorvianNoctis.
This mod adds a ton of new weapons and mechanics. I would showcase it but it currently requires a downpatch of ER to work and I'm still knee-deep in the DLC. I still wanted to make a mention of it because it looks fantastic.
