Welcome Everyone! I'm Vanessa Kelly, Founder and Owner of Function Pilates, with 3 studios located in Arizona. I hold a Pilates Contemporary Certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) and Pilates Sports Center (PSC).
In addition, I have a passion for educating and teaching on how to regain better posture in the body so in 2013 I became a Posture Alignment Specialist through The Egoscue Method.
I am a Master Trainer since 2017, and since then been teaching students how to become a Pilates Instructor through Function Pilates Teacher Training program.
I have created this channel to help folks like yourself reduce chronic pain, learn modifications to strengthen the core, and increase flexibility to maintain a healthy, daily lifestyle.
