We are a fish processor located in San Diego - the top location in the US for long range sportfishing. We meet the sportboats when they return from their trips and collect the fish ... process it to their orders, vacuum pack it and return it to them same day, or freeze it and ship it to them.
We created a line of rubs and seasonings with our customers in mind, made initially for use of fish, but now rubs for almost anything. You can order at www.fpgourmet.com. We have a few videos on our channel featuring our rubs.
