"Saito Kaikan" is a place for hobby activities with the aim of promoting mutual friendship through martial arts, building healthy physical strength and improving skills.
1 to 3 times a week, martial arts enthusiasts in their 20s to 50s gather at public facilities for training.
Practice content includes mitt workouts, mass sparring, jiu-jitsu, grappling, etc. Regarding practice, you are free to participate, take breaks, come late, or leave early, and practice at your own pace while being careful not to injure each other.
Our philosophy is ``Don't push yourself too hard, don't get injured, and work tomorrow.'
In addition to participating in various amateur martial arts tournaments (applicants only), we also interact with other gyms and circles.
