Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn. Bhd. (KPRJ) was incorporated on November 8, 1995 as a private limited company wholly owned by the State Government of Johor. Over the years, KPRJ has built a reputation as a major developer in social and infrastructural projects for the state of Johor. KPRJ is also involved in property investment ventures and infrastructure development. Being the investment arm of Johor, KPRJ is the major stakeholder in the Iskandar Malaysia development through its role as one of the key shareholders in Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB).
