Concretiza3D Empreendimentos was born in 2009 in the city of Indaiatuba/SP with the partnership of the Silva brothers (Odenis, Ediemerson and Diones).
Coming from the countryside of Paraná in 2001, together with their father in search of a better life, they worked at night in a private company and during the day they built their own houses. So they gained experience and started building and renovating for others. Noticing the high demand for real estate, whether by people looking for their own home or investment, in 2012 they started in the Real Estate Development activity and since then has been improving the processes every day.
In 2018, the focus turned to customized residential constructions, which begins with consulting to choose the best land, development of architecture and engineering projects and the complete management of the work.
