As the sole producer and creative for Watching Fireworks, my aim is to create ambient, dynamic, listenable music with engaging video content for streaming and live performances.
I believe that musicians and listeners must bond together to resist the imposition of Artificial Intelligence by Big Tech into music streaming and performances, and what’s left of the “music industry.”
Technology can be a valued tool for any musician - our use of DAW software illustrates that - but when business entities produce ‘content’ without human art, and push it to the mainstream to make an easy buck, technology becomes our adversary. Our entire reason for existing as creators is under threat. Support live music and artists, and please resist the dopamine culture of social media. (The irony of being **here** isn't lost on me, ya better believe... ):-| )
