My curiosity for healthy living started at a young age of 11. Body shamed and self-conscious, I started mindfully eating and exercising, I just had one problem - desserts! Growing up with a foodie family, I learned to appreciate and understand taste, texture and quality. Stepping into being the 4th generation of our family-founded traditional sweets business in 2017, I wanted to enjoy them in a healthier way and veganizing them seems to be the approach. I then started loving vegan treats and began my journey with Macau Dreamcake, a vegan desserts focused business since 2018.
