Johan holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Montclair State University and has been working in the senior activities field since 2012. He obtained his Activities Director Certification in June 2022 and has been a Certified Dementia Practitioner since 2015. In 2023, he earned the Activities Consultant Certification and became a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner. Johan has worked in various facilities, including sub-acute and rehabilitation centers, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and independent living facilities. As an experienced Activities Director, Johan is passionate about taking senior activities to the next level to enhance the quality of life for his residents.
