The People for Animals (PFA) Hospital, Shelter and Gaushala in Sadhrana, Gurgaon, is a charitable organization that rescues, treats and rehabilitates sick, injured and orphaned street animals. The facility has close to 400 animals under its care, including cows, dogs, cats, camels, pigs, sheep, goats, monkeys and birds. The hospital also operates a 24-hour veterinary clinic, along with 2 ambulances to rescue large and small street animals.
The costs of providing good medical care, nutrition and housing facilities to these rescued animals is extremely high. As an NGO that runs and operates completely on donations.
