Hey all! My name is Hina. Here’s a short summary of me: Born & grew up in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Lived in NJ, USA, & overseas in Egypt & Jordan. I’m a mom of 3 kids. I’m involved within my community to empower & support women & uplift them.
To some who ask me about my face, yes it’s paralyzed due to having Bell’s Palsy for over 25 years now which can cause nerve flares, muscle spasms tingling in my arms as well as neurofibromatosis since I was born. I do not let these things prevent me from living my life.
I’d like to make a difference in impacting lives through healthy lifestyle & fitness as well as helping others especially the survivors of abuse & find their calling, their passion, their voice, their fit into here they’re meant to be.
