I have NO IDEA what I'm doing - learn from my mistakes as I make them!!
Pre LOCKDOWN YEAR I was basically a cooking virgin. I'm an event manager so with a busy job I chose to get takeaways, lots of eating out and just having lots of easy things to 'put in the oven'. Looking back I don't know how I survived on all the Pret I ate lol
I was furloughed and made redundant so took the opportunity to start cooking, and making videos of my cooking in the process. I'm a MASSIVE foodie, so make everything from sweet treats to savoury dishes, and my friends and family have loved being guinea pigs.
There have been MANY DISASTERS and the first thing I tried to make last year were some simple cookies and I SET MY OVEN ON FIRE! (I'm still alive!). I'm using this opportunity to share my recipes and disasters - because if I can do it anyone can!!
