In 2002, PG confessed his calling to the gospel at the tender age of 11 and in 2022, he organized ONE Church located in Baytown (just 20 minutes east of Houston) with 55 people attending the first service. He and his wife, Niesha, lead with passion and excellence. Though Pastor Grear is a proud fifth generation Baptist, he felt called by God to plant One Church as “the church for EVERYONE." He is a classically trained musician, a powerhouse producer to GRAMMY winning gospel artists, conference host, and celebrated author featured on FOX, CNN, Voyage, Style Magazine, and CBS.
Pastor Grear is a Master of Divinity student at the Samual DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University.
