Coach Jess has been in the cheerleading industry for 25 years! Getting her first coaching experience at 12 years old! Coach Jess has coached at all levels of cheer, Rec, High School, and All Star. She also was a New York State Cheer judge for over 15 years! Coach Jess also owned her own All Star Cheer program (Fast and Fierce Elite) for 9 years. Currently she coaches for Cheer Athletics.
