For years I struggled with depression, anxiety, and limiting beliefs, and I based my value on the opinions of others.
It was after I began my alcohol-free journey that God took me on a journey of doing the inner work.
It was through doing the inner work that I realized I had allowed all this baggage to hold me back in different areas of my life. I had also built some pretty thick walls around myself which kept me from truly believing in God’s Word.
True transformation took place as I began to process and release emotions and get deeper into God's Word.
When we clear out the blockages, we make room for God to do the healing work within us.
So who am I? I am a woman on a mission to help other women experience inner healing, and joy and help them get in alignment with who God says they are.
