Namaste everyone 🙏. My name is Payal. I am a certified Hatha yoga teacher and a pregnancy, postnatal and “mother & baby” yoga teacher.
I welcome you all to YOGA and ME. The purpose of this channel is to make yoga accessible to everyone especially for the beginners.
The main challenges for a beginner are “where to start from”, “how to do” and “what to avoid to keep yourself safe while practicing ”?
I will try to answer all these questions in my videos.
You can practice yoga either empty stomach early in the morning or 2-3 hours after your meal. The idea is that your stomach should feel light and the food should not regurgitate while practicing.
Yoga is the need of the hour. Remember the only mantra is your breath. So breathe, stretch and relax🧘♀️.
