I served in the INDIAN ARMY for 17 years and served 4 years in NSG as BLACK CAT COMMANDO.
Following My Military service, I have acquired personel Training certification and several commando Training certification.Now I spend my time coaching Army aspirants and trying to spread the knowledge of fitness.My main goal is to make you strong physically and mentally, also fulfil your defence desire.
