Welcome to life with Steph & Rand. We moved from New Orleans, Louisiana to Cape Town, South Africa After retirement. This journey has not been an easy one and we have made a lot of mistakes. We have had heartbreak, disappointment and we have even had lots of money swindled right in front of our eyes.
