Bio
I'm an #Academic #Psychologist at Cardiff University in the #UK who specialises in an approach to #mentalhealth called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (#ACT). I have also written 5 books, the latest of which (The Unbreakable Student) has been featured in many mainstream media outlets, and I co-direct an organization (Connect) that provides a wellbeing curriculum to primary schools.
Importantly, although I read every comment, I cannot reply to comments. Whilst I love the idea of building relationships with folk out there, there just isn't enough time in the day, especially with a young family.
