As I have walked my path for 25 years as a practitioner as well as someone who has faced many challenges, I am here to walk that path with you as well. My videos will range from practical skills on being an empath and how to set healthy boundaries. I will offer videos of guided meditations and inspiration with the intention of bringing groundedness, love, support and well--being. As a singer, I will provide videos with mantras that are meant for healing as well as using our voice to support our spiritual growth.
