"What is 'Just Being'?
âJustâ, as an adjective is applied to indicate morality, something that is right and fair. And as an adverb to indicate, either what is exactly [just] needed OR the very recently or immediate past, the moment(s) a few seconds ago. And, âBeingâ, means âexistenceâ, âthe nature or essence of a person.â And now, bringing together; meaning of âJust Beingâ means living the life of who you truly are. It's Being authentic.
'Just Being' is an endeavor to introduce practices that everyone can incorporate into their daily lives. These practices are designed not only to grant us a taste of present-moment awareness but also to empower us to live those moments to their fullest. This can initiate a process of profound healing from within that addresses accumulated emotional baggage from countless years, centuries, even past lifetimes.
