Life is not perfect
Itโ€™s not easy

This morning I woke up feeling blessed

So I decided to get a little work done at my pool ๐ŸŠโ€โ™€๏ธ

I realized how far I have come

I remember when I first started my journey for those who donโ€™t know my story

I started my journey 6 years ago and it was a lot of ups and downs

Trials and tribulations but through the mud I got through.

And thatโ€™s the fucking point!!

If I can make it through and reach my goals, you can too

Iโ€™m not someone special. But I did follow a plan and blueprint ๐Ÿ—บ

Look every has problems and no one is going to feel sorry for you. Nobody cares!

So you have to make the decision to get up and go for what you want.

Before going vegan I was SKINNY FAT

I had a Puffy face and Puffy waist as you can see in my before picture

Now one of the main issues people have is not losing weight but actually keeping it off for good

A lot of times you may do a crash diet or something that works in the short term but is terrible for you in the long term.

The problem with crash diets is that they wreck your metabolism and eventually the pendulum swings back and causes weight re-gain ๐Ÿ˜ก

So one easy hack to lose weight and keep it off

Is too just stop eating so frequently

Have set times of the day when you eat ๐Ÿ

That way you can give your digestive system a break and actually maximize your results

And this is tips I give all my clients so they can achieve their weight loss goals

I used to use, nuts, seeds, and things like chia seeds and flax and walnuts for protein ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Not realizing that my fat and fiber intake was through the fucking roof ๐Ÿ  ๐Ÿš€

Eating that much nuts ๐Ÿฅœ and seeds will cause make me gain body fat like crazy ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

My calorie count was crazy somewhere like 800-1000 calories just to get enough protein!!

Walnuts:

100gs๐Ÿ‘‡

* 530 calories
* 15gs protein
* 11gs Carbs
* 52gs Fat

Seitan:

100gs๐Ÿ‘‡

* 370 calories
* 50gs protein
* 14gs Carbs
* 2gs Fat

Seitan is made from wheat ๐ŸŒพ so if you have gluten intolerance probably not the beat for you but if not definitely use it

Moral of the story, eat nuts and seeds cool - but not for protein
