Are you struggling to lose fat ๐

Before going vegan I was SKINNY FAT
I had a Puffy face and Puffy waist as you can see in my before picture
Now one of the main issues people have is not losing weight but actually keeping it off for good
A lot of times you may do a crash diet or something that works in the short term but is terrible for you in the long term.
The problem with crash diets is that they wreck your metabolism and eventually the pendulum swings back and causes weight re-gain ๐ก
So one easy hack to lose weight and keep it off

I used to use, nuts, seeds, and things like chia seeds and flax and walnuts for protein ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
Not realizing that my fat and fiber intake was through the fucking roof ๐ ๐
Eating that much nuts ๐ฅ and seeds will cause make me gain body fat like crazy ๐ฉ
My calorie count was crazy somewhere like 800-1000 calories just to get enough protein!!

Seitan:

* 370 calories
* 50gs protein
* 14gs Carbs
* 2gs Fat
Seitan is made from wheat ๐พ so if you have gluten intolerance probably not the beat for you but if not definitely use it
Moral of the story, eat nuts and seeds cool - but not for protein
