I have created this channel to share with you my exercise routine of between 20 to 30 minutes a day, I have been doing exercises for around 3 months and I have seen changes in my body and I am achieving what I want. πͺπΌπͺπΌ That's why I share it with you, you want to see results in your body, start with me.
Therefore I want other people like me who do not have time, or who do not have a gym nearby or do not have money for gym subscriptions or for anyone who wants to exercise from home, this channel will help them.
I find myself sharing my day-to-day exercises; I tell you that I rest one day a week or there are times between two to three days a week depending on the circumstances.
As is known, exercises help us improve our daily activity and are good for the health of the body in general. ππ
