One of the biggest problems with mental health, is awarness but as important is understanding and knowledge, I hope this channel can bring some awareness understanding and knowledge to people. It seems that people with mental health issues have always been looked upon as broken and mostly hidden away from society, now more than ever mental health problems are becoming a mainstream problem, with social media promoting such things as narcassism and allowing people to create and promote fake realitys that inturn inevetably get exposed, with things like photo shop and and other applications people are also creating false images of themselves which is creating body dismorphier, Anorexia, Bulemia,
