Completed the Advanced Course of Specialization in Olive Growing at IFAPA.
Currently dedicate to the world of olive groves and olive oil in Spain, advising municipalities and companies in relation to olive world, participating as a jury member in international extra virgin olive oil competitions, organizing courses on olive growing, olive oil production and tasting, giving lectures and making oil blends.
Also founded the ArigatOlivo association with three of the most prominent researchers in the Spanish olive oil industry. Spain is the world's leading producer of olive oil and has a lot of knowledge and wisdom. The aim of the association is to expand this knowledge to the world and contribute to the development of the olive oil industry.
