I grew up in Selma, California and showed an interest in investing and business from a young age. When I was 18-years-old, I moved to New York for college to study business. After getting recruited by every Ivy League and being the first person to go to college in my family I chose Cornell University.
My life was about to change forever. It was during my recovery from the injury that I first learned about investing, business and trading, by stumbling upon some books on the subject.
By starting with a small group of closest friends and family, I began teaching my exact skills and strategies as an experiment. I was surprised by how well I was able to teach his first students how to trade. One of my top students from the early few was actually my own brother, Jon.
Now I spend my time running the Academy from the West Hollywood office and investing my time and money back into my own education so that I can be the best teacher possible.
