My Body Transformer Journey.
My goal is to become more mobile, and stronger. Also feel better in my body. I am a woman in a wheelchair. Right now in a power wheelchair. One of my goals is to be able to drive a manual wheelchair so I can get around by myself. Start flying and finally meet my children whom I haven't been able to hug since 2021.
To get stronger in my back so I can more easily deal with my chronic inflammation.
I work to serve people to be and feel more confident in themselves. Confidence is what often needs to be prioritized more. Showing yourself when you're overweight and in a wheelchair can feel scary. That's why it's even more important to do it. Good energy and the belief that the future always will get better. Work on self-growth the better we feel.
Good energy is the best way to feel in life. Your heart gives you a clue as to which way to go. Listen to it!
