والولي المتولي للأمور والناصر والمحب
The wali is the ruler, and the helper, and the lover
والذين كفروا أولياؤهم الطاغوت (أي :متولي أمورهم وأنصارهم
And those who disbelieve, their awliyā are the evil ones
