Hi! I'm Libby and I am a yoga teacher.
I started doing yoga late in life, my early 50s in fact, and I noticed the benefits to my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This prompted me to do the yoga teacher training to learn about the anatomy, physiology and philosophy of yoga. I specialise in yoga for different stages of life: from pregnancy to post natal to menopause because of my lived experience of journeying through those stages without support, advice and knowledge. These are transformational stages of womanhood. Yoga can be very anchoring and grounding at a time in life that is different to the one we have lived so far.
