Welcome to my channel! I was encouraged to create a channel and a blog by my friends, who asked for some recipes. Often after talking to me about various topics, they advised - "start a blog, a channel, you already know so much and they want to listen to you":). It seemed unnecessary to me, because there are so many channels on similar topics. I finally decided to give it a try...And it happened! My daughter took care of technical matters and became my producer (sometimes you will hear her in some videos). She also translates the videos into English under the supervision of her experienced brother. What can you find here? Well...I still have my head full of new ideas! There are proven recipes for delicious desserts, but also for healthy and quick meals. I will also be showing my ways to get healthy (but without the side effects) and "eternal youth".
