రక్షణయను శిరస్త్రాణమును, దేవుని వాక్యమను ఆత్మఖడ్గమును ధరించుకొనుడి.౹

take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

దేవుడు లోకమును ఎంతో ప్రేమించెను. కాగా ఆయన తన అద్వితీయకుమారునిగా పుట్టిన వానియందు విశ్వాసముంచు ప్రతివాడును నశింపక నిత్యజీవము పొందునట్లు ఆయనను అనుగ్రహించెను.౹ లోకము తన కుమారుని ద్వారా రక్షణ పొందుటకేగాని లోకమునకు తీర్పు తీర్చుటకు దేవుడాయనను లోకములోనికి పంప లేదు.౹
