Welcome fellow foodie and brain-health enthusiast! 💞 We are Alina and Claudia, two friends passionate about delicious food and brain health.
Alina, born and raised in Romania, holds a medical degree from Romania and an MSc in biochemistry from the Univ. of Saskatchewan (Canada). After her husband's cancer diagnosis and her son's gluten and dairy sensitivity diagnosis, Alina embarked on a health journey, earning a diploma in holistic nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She taught various science classes for a few years at the same school. Alina also previously owned and operated a food company that helped bring her customers many healthy and delicious meals.
Claudia, born and raised in Romania, the creative force behind the camera, is a wonderful photographer and videographer. She is also a critical tester of all the dishes Alina makes. 🌞
