"Key to Kung Fu" is a free club and research center that everybody is able to join for understanding and reinventing Kung Fu. At „Key to Kung Fu“ you will recieve the key that is essential for you to comprehend how to fight with not only the Praying Mantis Fist, but every other Kung Fu style, as well. In fact I am writing a book about "Form Theory" right at the moment. It´s a guide for learning the combative application of Kung Fu forms.
