I started to train calisthenics, with push-ups and pull-ups when I was 55 years. Now at the age of 60 years, I have progressed to the muscle up, performed on the bar and the gym rings. I train to strengthening my body so I can improve my muscle ups, increase my pull-up reps, (currently my PR is 30) and get better at various calisthenics skills while including weighted calisthenics into my fitness program.
