How often do you tell yourself that you want to start eating healthy? How many times have you told yourself, you need to start bringing your lunch to work? And how often have you said eating healthy is expensive? Or maybe you just say, you don't have the time.

Well, I'm here to show you how easy it is to make healthy, affordable, delicious meals. There's a lot of hype on "Superfoods" now a days, and I'm not only going to show you how to make them, but I'm also going to tell you why they are good for you.

I'm no expert on food nutrition, but I'm going to show you what works for me. I will show you how to make a weeks worth of meals all in about 2 hours of time. That will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 5 days. I will also show you some quick tips and tricks for snacks and juicing.
