I am a Blind Surfer, Standup Paddle Boarder and now Short Film Maker. York is my amazing Guide Dog who also likes to ride on my SUP. Our goal is to have fun as we attempt to Motivate, Educate and Advocate for the Blind and Vision Impaired Community. Join us as we tackle the world navigating through the eyes of my Guide Dog York. Be there with us to see how a guide dog in action responds to real life situations such as crossing busy roads, visiting shopping centres and cafes.
I was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa at the age of 12. On our channel you will find my sight loss story as well as lots of useful information for the blind, legally blind and vision impaired. There are videos on white cane training, tips and information on living with low vision, and assistive technology for the blind and vision impaired.
