Little Yoga Gems offers regular kids yoga videos which feature interactive, playful story telling and easy to master yoga poses. These kids yoga adventures have been specifically designed for children 3-8 years old to follow along, but parents don't be afraid to join in too! (especially if the little ones need some guidance to get started).
Kids yoga can help benefit your children’s minds and bodies through mobility, stretching, brain stimulation, focus and easing anxiety. Parents, you can also take comfort knowing that this is a healthier, active kind of screen time!
Gemma is a mum of two little girls herself based in Western Australia, and is a certified kids yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance International, with a background of dramatic arts, music, early learning and day care. Gemma is also a kindermusik teacher where she teaches music to kids aged 1-5.
