Sometimes it only takes a single habit change to make an enormous impact. Oftentimes we're unaware of the habits which are sabotaging our health. My goal is to help others implement simple changes to improve their health. Sadly, many people don't get answers from their doctor, or they're just given a pill and rushed out the door without being given any real guidance on how to solve the issue they're struggling with. Doctors do an important and necessary job, but they are not responsible for your health, you are. So it is up to you to own your health.
