I believe that having hobbies can be a great way to improve physical health and mental well-being. It often involves a blend of personal interests, own personality traits, available resources, skills/ talents and practical considerations.
I personally used to engage in creative hobbies. Recently, I have started enjoying a mentally stimulating and adventuristic fish keeping journey. It also teaches the value of personal time and how to allocate it effectively among various responsibilities with positive emotions.
