I believe that having hobbies can be a great way to improve physical health and mental well-being. It often involves a blend of personal interests, own personality traits, available resources, skills/ talents and practical considerations.
I personally used to engage in creative hobbies. Recently, I have started enjoying a mentally stimulating and adventuristic fish keeping journey. It also teaches the value of personal time and how to allocate it effectively among various responsibilities with positive emotions. The interactions with every species’ personality and the change management process I have gone through are recorded in this channel. I hope this also share some inspirations or ideas.
