Drummer to Driver
When growing up, everyone dreams and imagines of being one thing or another, Astronaut, police officer, firefighter etc.
One of my dreams was playing drums and that dream became a reality. I was blessed to be able to make a living playing drums for many years. I met a ton of great friends, seen a lot of awesome places and had an unbelievably great time through those years.
Now that I'm older, married and have kids, I was ready for a career change. I embarked on an new adventure in trucking. I started on Feb. 11th with R.E. West transportation in Ashland City, TN.
Follow along on this journey with me as I enter the world of Big Rig driving. This is beginning from obtaining my CDL permit to CDL School with R.E. West, passing my CDL road test, going out with a trainer then hopefully getting into my own Truck and becoming an owner operator.
