Greetings from your 'hood friendly Black Girl Therapist! I hope to bring awareness to mental health from a black woman's professional perspective and remove the stigma that often holds people of color back from seeking actual help to get through the tough times of life. From time to time, there will be periods of comic relief to highlight the experiences of others as well. I promise I mean no harm; I just want to see people do better and be better.
