Clear Light Tantra is the way of Dzogchen, Ati Yoga.
Ati (primordial) Yoga (knowledge) means having knowledge of your Natural State – the Perfect Being that you are.
The path of Ati Yoga is a direct path that has methods and requires direct transmission so you can recognize your True Nature that is always there in you. The manifestation of my being is here to bring the teaching in a simple, non-dogmatic way, transmitting only the essential to help any individual that has affinity to connect with me.
The teachings I offer are there to reconstitute the map of your being so you can understand how your body, energy, and mind function so you can become totally self-sufficient, follow your inner guidance in every moment of your life, and develop true communication, intimacy, and total transparency with the different dimensions of your being, nature, other humans, and all forms of life.
