Hi there! Welcome to San Diego Chocolate Fountains YouTube channel! I'm Chef Garde Manger Laura Lynn and I specialize in Belgian Chocolate Fountains, charcuterie, and Thai fruit and vegetable carving. I was trained at the Siam Carving Academy in Bangkok. I have been carving for almost twenty years now and have earned three American Culinary Federation Gold Medals, and the 2019 “ACF Presidential Award”. I do fruit and vegetable carving layouts along with chocolate fountain displays for special events here in beautiful sunny San Diego. I also teach Thai carving at the local community college, and in the private sector.
